RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in each country, including EU, Canada, United States, and other international regions.

General return eligibility
You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • You request a return within the legal return window in your country

Condition requirements:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All seals must remain intact where applicable

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless defective.

Right of withdrawal by region

European Union

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery

  • No reason is required within this period

  • Items must be unused and in original sealed condition to qualify

  • Hygiene sealed products lose eligibility once opened, as allowed under EU law

Canada

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition

  • Defective or incorrect items are fully covered by us

United States and other regions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery unless local law requires a longer period

  • Some states or countries may provide additional consumer rights which will apply automatically

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products returned after the allowed legal window

  • Items marked final sale if clearly stated at purchase

Refund process

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5 to 10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error

Return shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping for change of mind returns

  • We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Damaged or incorrect items

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Include order number and clear photos

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund after review
